The AI/IT Generalist role is well-suited towards candidates who enjoy working on a variety of tasks ("jack of all trades").

We enjoy working with techie people (execs are ex-Google/Meta engineers, YC W16 ), but no coding experience is required for this role. The position is fully-remote (India-only due to HR limitations).

Example Tasks & Responsibilities

You'll work directly with management to solve problems using AI, software, and other tools.

• Research & evaluate solutions - e.g. our CRM/VOIP/etc software is not meeting needs; find alternatives, read reviews and conduct trials
• Use AI to solve business problems - e.g. we have 1000s of scanned documents and need to convert them into a spreadsheet of data, use whatever AI/software/etc to get it done
• Coordinate with consultants & executives - e.g. we need help with a new skill, find out how/where to hire a consultant/contractor who is knowledgeable in the domain
